1. Parties and Scope

The website www.lecielh.com (the “Website”) is operated by Le Ciel Otelcilik Kültür Spor Turizm İşletme ve Yönetim Hizmetleri San. ve Tic. A.Ş. (“Le Ciel” or the “Company”). These Terms of Use apply to everyone who visits the Website or uses its forms (the “User”). By using the Website you confirm that you have read and accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Website.

2. Purpose of the Website and Pre-Reservations

The Website is published to provide information about our hotel, rooms, restaurants, Spa & Wellness Club services and activities.

• The pre-reservation form is a request form; sending it does not constitute a confirmed reservation. A reservation is confirmed only by the written confirmation Le Ciel sends you. Prices, payment and cancellation terms are communicated separately at the time of confirmation.
• Information on rooms, prices, menus, activities and services may change without prior notice. Photographs on the Website are for illustration.
• Prices on the restaurant menus are for information only; the prices that apply are those on the menu presented at the venue.

3. User Obligations

When using the Website, the User agrees:

• to give accurate and up-to-date information in the forms, and not to fill in a form on behalf of another person without that person's permission,
• not to use the Website for purposes that violate applicable law, public morality or these terms,
• not to attempt to disrupt, slow down or compromise the security of the Website (automated queries, malicious software, unauthorized access attempts, etc.),
• not to send advertising, unsolicited messages or misleading content through the Website.

4. Intellectual Property

The texts, photographs, videos, logos, trademarks and designs on the Website belong to Le Ciel or to the third parties that provide content to it, and are protected by intellectual property law. They may not be copied, reproduced, modified, published or used for commercial purposes without Le Ciel's written permission. Sharing Website pages with the share buttons, with reference to the source, is excluded from this restriction.

5. Limitation of Liability

Le Ciel takes care to keep the information on the Website accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee that it is complete, error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Le Ciel is not liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Website. Access to the Website may be temporarily unavailable due to technical failures, maintenance or interruptions caused by third parties.

The Website may contain links to third-party services and websites, such as maps, weather, WhatsApp, social media and sharing services. The respective providers are responsible for the content, operation and privacy practices of these services, and their own terms apply when you use them.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of İzmir have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these terms. The rights of consumers under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 to apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are reserved.
